Overview
After making his professional debut as a Taipan last season, Reyne Smith returns to Cairns for his second campaign in orange.
The Tasmanian attended the Centre of Excellence and went on to play for the College of Charleston, hitting 90 triples across his first season and breaking the school record for a freshman.
Relocating to the University of Louisville for his senior year, the shooting guard led his new conference for made triples with an average of 3.5 per game.
He was picked up by Denver for the 2025 NBA Summer League, before representing his country at the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup.
The guard spent his off-season with the Maitland Mustangs in the NBL1 East ahead of the 2026-27 NBL season.
