Kyrin Galloway

The athletically gifted 26-year-old is returning to Cairns for his seventh NBL campaign and his third in the Far North, after first joining the Taipans for the 2024-25 season.

Growing up in Hawaii and then attending Milton High School in Georgia and the University of Carolina, the American-Australian began his professional journey with the New Zealand Breakers as a development player in 2020.

Linking growing numbers in the NBL with strong performances in the NBL1, Galloway made the move to Adelaide for the 2022-23 season with the forward excelling, before joining the Taipans in 2024.

Alongside a rise in minutes, his stats across the board rose to average 7.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 0.9 blocks per game after his second season in Cairns and earned the Club's Defensive Player of the Year award, and will again suit up under Adam Forde for the 2026-27 season.
