Biography
Adam Forde enters the 2025-26 NBL season as Head Coach of the Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans, after first taking the reins in 2021 and guiding the club to the semi-finals in his second season.
The Perth product was named NBL Coach of the Year in 2023 and has built a reputation for finding diamonds in the rough, turning opportunity into growth and helping launch NBA-bound talent from the Taipans.
Before arriving in the Far North, Forde was a four-time NBL champion assistant with the Perth Wildcats before later coaching the Sydney Kings.
Passionate on the sidelines and relentless in preparation, he sets the standard for detail, development and togetherness every day for the Taipans.
