Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans players Taran Armstrong (ankle) and Tanner Groves (calf) have not been cleared for Saturday night's Queensland derby.
Armstrong rolled his ankle in warmup against Melbourne United in Round 4, and has had his return date pushed back to Round 8.
Groves has also had his return date delayed, with his calf injury expected to keep him off the court until Round 8.
Nominated injury Replacement Player Tad Dufelmeier returns to the lineup.
The Taipans host the Bullets tomorrow night, 7:00pm at the Cairns Convention Centre.
