Here are the latest updates on how the Taipans have been spending their off-season, with Alex Higgins-Titsha's story continuing to develop.

From pushing for a contract at the Taipans Open Gym last year to earning a development contract and delivering a breakout season, Alex Higgins-Titsha’s story only continues to develop.
After his team option was picked up and the forward represented his country on the 3x3 stage, Higgins-Titsha flew into San Francisco for a Golden State Warriors mini-camp with the attention from the NBA franchise firmly fixed on him.
Once there he linked up with Taran Armstrong who also participated in the camp, before returning home.

Higgins-Titsha will continue on his international expedition, next heading to Mongolia with the Australian Gangurrus for the FIBA 3x3 World Cup next week.
Once more led by newly re-signed Cairns Head Coach Adam Forde, the side consists of a similar lineup from the Asia Cup held in March with former-Taipans Dillon Stith, Jonah Antonio and Josh Davey joining Higgins-Titsha on the court.
The gold medallists from the Asia Cup will be taking on the reigning World Cup winners Serbia in the group stage, with Belgium, Germany, and Madagascar also awaiting the Australians in Pool A, with the action in Ulaanbaatar starting from Tuesday 24 June at 1:25pm.

With the end of the BSN season approaching, Sam Waardenburg’s Indios de Mayaguez are in a close tussle at the top of the ladder.
Despite losing Tyrell Harrison at the end of May, the Indios have won seven of their list eight games – with their only loss coming when they fell two points short to Arecibo – and now sit on top of their division, and one win clear of the Piratas de Quebradillas.
Waardenburg is currently ranked in the top two for points, rebounds, blocks and made triples on his team and is also third for steals, whilst averaging the most time on the court across his squad at 35.6 minutes per game – including a 55-minute performance in triple overtime against the Piratas.
With five games remaining in the regular season, the Indios will be looking to maintain their momentum into the playoffs after already securing their post-season berth.

In the NBL1 North, the trio of Alex Higgins-Titsha, Kody Stattmann and Kyle Adnam are lighting it up for their respective teams.
Leading the conference for scoring, Adnam has hit the court in strong form for the Southern Districts Spartans, with the guard averaging 26.6 points, five assists, three boards and 1.6 steals per game.
With his Spartans currently sitting 10th on the ladder, the veteran guard is looking to lead his team forward and put up 30- and 31-point performances last weekend, and fell one assist shy of a double-double in their clash against Townsville.
In Cairns, Higgins-Titsha and Stattmann are leading the Marlins on the court, with at least one of the duo ranked in the top three in every stats category, and the pair combining for over 35 points per outing.
Putting up a series of 20+ point and 6+ rebound games to close out May, Stattmann is gearing up for a strong scoring season, whilst AHT is dominating on the boards with eight per game alongside two steals per game, ranking him 14th and 6th in those categories across the league.
After facing Adnam's Spartans at the Fishtank last weekend, the Marlins will return to their home court this Friday night when they host the Wizards from 8:00pm - tickets available HERE.

Completing his first stint in Asia, Kyrin Galloway has led the Iwate Big Bulls to promotion from the Japanese B3 League to the B2 League.
After having their championship push cut short in the semi-finals, the Big Bulls proceeded to quickly dispatch the Niigata Albirex with two double-point wins to clinch third place – sealing their promotion.
Across his 23 games in Japan, the Taipan averaged 11.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, one assist, 1.4 blocks and 0.8 steals per game, with highs of 23 points, 14 rebounds, three blocks and four steals across the season.
