The off-season action hasn't stopped, with playoffs in Puerto Rico and the 2025 NBA Summer League both about to begin – catch up on all the latest news here.

Returning for their third tournament together, Alex Higgins-Titsha and Adam Forde represented Australia at the 3x3 World Cup with Dillon Stith, Jonah Antonio and Josh Davey lining up alongside them.
Taking down top-seeded Serbia on their way to a 3-1 record in the pool stage, the side became the first men’s Gangurrus lineup to progress past the group stage, before they fell to eventual champions Spain.

Flying directly from Mongolia to San Francisco, Higgins-Titsha kept in action and linked up with Taran Armstrong once more ahead of the NBA Summer League.
Suiting up for the Golden State Warriors, the pair will compete in the annual tournament from July 10-20 alongside Alex Toohey in Las Vegas.
Meanwhile, Adam Forde joined the Utah Jazz for the Salt Lake City Summer League alongside former-Taipan Andrew Warren, with the side going undefeated across their three games.

After Milton Doyle and Tyrell Harrison left early, Sam Waardenburg remained the sole NBL player on the Indios de Mayaguez squad, with the Taipan leading them on a 9-2 run to close out the regular season.
Finishing top of the ladder in their conference, the forward was named on the All-BSN Team and was a finalist for league MVP. In his first season in the country, Waardenburg wrapped up their 34-game campaign with an average of 17.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.8 blocks per game.
Now focused on their seven-game conference semi-finals series, he averaged 24 points, 11 rebounds, two assists and two blocks across the first two games of the series, before delivering a fastbreak dunk in game three to send the game to overtime - a game which the Indios won 85-84 to push them ahead in the series 2-1.

Whilst Adnam and Higgins-Titsha have left the NBL1 North for their own adventures, Kody Stattmann has continued to lineup for his home town during the off-season.
Reaching over 33 minutes per game last month, the Marlin averaged 17 points, 7.6 boards, 5.6 assists and a steal per outing across June, and put up and impressive 38 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks in their win over Mackay last weekend.
His side will suit up for four games in three weeks in their rapid finish to the season, with home games in Cairns on Saturday 19th and 26th closing out their campaign.

Making his first trip to Japan, Kyle Adnam joined the NBL Select Team in their two-game series against B.League United, with the guard leading them to a 2-0 win over their hosts.
Putting up 14 and 12-point performances across the two nights, the Taipan led the NBL’s scoring in the first fixture before playing a key role in their comeback in the second game – including a 7-0 charge by Adnam.
