The CQUniversity Cairns Taipans’ first Boxing Day home game will proceed as scheduled.
The Cairns Convention Centre notified the club this morning that their air conditioning system encountered a fault overnight.
Both teams were relocated to Cairns Basketball for shootaround.
Cairns Convention Centre contractors have since identified the problem and rectified the fault. All systems are running as normal. They will remain onsite for the rest of the day.
The Taipans host the Wildcats at 6:30pm AEST.
