3 June 2016: hometown hero Nathan Jawai announces his signing with the CQUniversity Cairns Taipans.

Jawai will assume the role of ambassador for the Cairns Taipans Indigenous Health and Wellbeing Initiative in conjunction with the Queensland Government.
