The game's latest Next Star has found a home, with WA sensation Luke Paul joining Cairns ahead of NBL27.
The 17-year-old point guard will shine bright for the Taipans as he kick starts his professional career and he caught up with Pete Hooley to discuss what went into the life-changing decision.
