Taipans Ticketing Info

After the longest road trip in club history, the Taipans have finally returned to Cairns and will host the Adelaide 36ers THIS SUNDAY at the pop-up! Full season members and 8-game package ticket holders automatically have tickets to this Round Eleven fixture, tip-off 4:00pm.

From Round Twelve onwards, games are not included in the 8-game package. Read the following information carefully for access to tickets!

THIS WEEKEND

Members and 8-game package holders: Round Eleven tickets (Taipans v 36ers, Sunday 28 March) are now live in your [MyTickets] accounts or via the Tickets@Home button in your original ticket confirmation email.

Full season members: You will have their tickets for the remaining six games of the season sent via email prior to Round Twelve. Once this email is received, your Round Twelve tickets will be live in your [MyTickets] accounts or available via the Tickets@Home button in your ticket confirmation email.

Please Note: It is important that ticket holders do not download and/or print any tickets that are still classified as "TBC" as these may not be accepted at the gate on game day. The Taipans will send weekly updates to let all ticket holders know when upcoming games will be available in their accounts.

General public: Tickets for this weekend's game against Adelaide are now available by clicking this link or via the "Buy Tickets" button on taipans.com in-store at Taipans HQ or over the phone: 4041 3000.

ROUND 12 ONWARDS

8-game package holders have the option to renew into a 6-game package that covers the remaining six home games for the regular season, with ONE FREE GAME! Full season members and 8-game packager holders that ALSO purchase a 6-game package will be entitled to exclusive discounts (early bird specials and member benefits) for the 2021-22 season. General public can purchase a 6-game package to secure their seat for the remainder of the regular season, or purchase single-game tickets from Monday 29 March, 9:00am. Click HERE for tickets to fixture this Sunday. 

Full season members DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING! You will receive a ticket confirmation email with your ticket details prior to Round Twelve.

Ensure you secure your seats by the renewal deadline, 5:00pm Wednesday 31 March. Renewal deadline is FINAL - all unpaid seats will be released after this date.

*6-game package price and structure is based on six games being played at the Cairns Pop-Up Arena. If any of the six games are played at the Cairns Convention Centre, we will transfer all seating over to CCC member seats - or as close as possible if their seats have been affected by the renovations. Pro-rata refunds and/or credits may be applied subject to CCC seating allocation.
*In the event that we do not have six home games scheduled by the NBL before the end of the regular season, pro-rata refunds and/or credits may be applied.
