Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans forward Pedro Bradshaw has been ruled out for the next eight weeks, due to a right ankle rupture.
Bradshaw sprained his right ankle in the first half of the Taipans' clash against the Adelaide 36ers in Round 6.
After initially being a game time decision on Sunday, further scans have revealed ruptured ligaments. The expected recovery timeframe is eight weeks.
Bradshaw will return in Round 13, joining Tanner Groves (calf) and Taran Armstrong (ankle) currently on the sidelines.
The club will announce a roster update soon.
