CQUniversity Cairns Taipans guard Tahjere McCall will not play in Round 14, due to a muscle sprain in his hand. Development player Brayden Inger has travelled to Sydney instead.
Meanwhile, Mirko Djeric has been ruled out for up to four weeks with a quad injury sustained in the last home game against Melbourne United. Taipans injury replacement player Marshall Nelson will continue to suit up.
Training player Robbie Heath has also not travelled due to illness.
McCall, Djeric and Heath join Nathan Jawai (groin) on the sidelines. Jarrod Kenny (back) will return to the active roster tomorrow.
The Taipans play the Kings on Sunday, 2:00pm AEST and broadcast live on 10Peach or ESPN.
