The CQUniversity Cairns Taipans game planned be played this Sunday 2 May has been rescheduled, with another home game fixture to be announced.
Due to Western Australia’s three-day lockdown over the weekend, the Perth Wildcats were unable to leave the state and the Taipans hosted South East Melbourne Phoenix on ANZAC Day instead.
As this match-up has already been played, the game in Round 16 will not go ahead as planned. The club is currently waiting on further information from the NBL for an additional home game and will communicate this fixture as soon as possible.
The Taipans apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
