Competition: Live with a Taipan

Ever wondered what it’s really like to live with one of the Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans? Now’s your chance… well, almost! We’re giving SIX lucky fans the opportunity to take home a life-sized cutout of their favourite player and compete in three weeks of challenges to prove they have what it takes to Live with a Taipan!

How to enter‍

Fill out your details below and submit your entry video telling us why YOU would be the perfect person to Live with a Taipan. Your video should show personality, creativity and why you’re ready to treat your cutout player like part of your family.

What happens if you’re chosen?‍

If you’re one of the SIX finalists, you’ll take home your life-sized Taipans player cutout and compete across three weeks of social challenges for points. Throughout the competition, finalists must upload content to their socials and tag Star 102.7, Cairns Taipans and IFYS Foster Care.‍

The Grand Finale – 10th January‍

All six finalists will receive tickets to the Cairns Taipans Home Game on Saturday 10th January at the Cairns Convention Centre, where the winner of the Ultimate Prize pack will be announced.‍

Premium seats to a Taipans Home Game
2025-26 Signed IFYS / Blackout Jersey

Entrants must be 18+ & live in Far North Queensland.
Six Taipans players are available for selection.
Six finalists will be selected based on creativity, originality, personality and entertainment value, as outlined in the judging criteria in the official Terms & Conditions.
