Injury Update: Scott Machado

CQUniversity Cairns Taipans guard Scott Machado had scans completed yesterday following the injury sustained in Round Two, against the Tasmania JackJumpers.
As a result of effusion in the affected heel region, the initial scans have proved inconclusive as to its extent.
Medical advice from Club doctors and physio staff has been to implement measures to reduce swelling and follow up with further imaging in 48-72 hours.
The Taipans next play the Adelaide 36ers this Saturday night at the Cairns Convention Centre, 7:00pm.
