Taipans Injury Report: Round 1

The Kenfrost Homes Cairns Taipans play their first 2026-27 NBL game tomorrow in Sydney but will be without Jaylin Galloway and Luke Paul to start their season.
Galloway remains sidelined as he recovers from shoulder surgery. He is scheduled to return to the active roster in Round 6 and will be replaced by development player Lloyd McVeigh in the meantime.
Paul injured his ankle during the pre-season and his NBL debut is currently set for Round 3.
The Taipans face the Kings tomorrow at Afterpay Arena, before their first home game on Wednesday 23 September against the Tasmania JackJumpers. Tickets on sale HERE. Watch every game live on ESPN.
