Following Monday night’s game, CQUniversity Cairns Taipans guard Tahjere McCall went for an MRI on his hip and wrist, with scans revealing a partial tear in his right hip area. It is anticipated the recovery period will be three weeks. He has not travelled to Sydney for Round Three against the Kings.
Development player Josh Davey will suit up as the injury replacement for McCall, while Taipans forward Lat Mayen returns to the active roster.
