Terms and Conditions

This CODE Sports Partnership Subscription costs you $0 for the first 12 months (payment was made by your club or association ("Provider") then automatically renews to $59 charged upfront every 12 months (payable by you, payment taken approximately 5 days in advance).

Renewals occur unless cancelled as per full Terms and Conditions.

Each payment, once made, is non-refundable, subject to law. You are only eligible to take up this subscription if the Provider sent you sign up instructions and you meet any other eligibility requirements the Provider imposes.

We may share with the Provider the name, email address, and redemption code used to redeem an offer code and information about when a redeemed subscription is activated or cancelled by a particular user.

The Provider may use that information for the ongoing management of this and similar offers and otherwise in accordance with their own privacy policy.

The Provider can cancel your subscription at any time in the first 12 months. Not in conjunction with any other offer. New customers only.

Prices after the first 12 months may be varied as per full Terms and Conditions.
